This Privacy Policy applies to Flowly: AI Music Maker ("App"), a mobile application for creating music with artificial intelligence, created by Faruk Biberoğlu ("Service Provider", "we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
Flowly: AI Music Maker collects the following categories of data, consistent with the disclosures made in the app stores:
Email address. If you create an account, we collect your email address (and password, which is stored securely). This is used to create and manage your account and authenticate you. Authentication is handled by Firebase (Google).
User ID. We assign and store a user or account identifier (e.g. linked to your account) to provide the service, manage your subscription and credits, and associate your data (e.g. generated music, favorites, playlists) with your account.
Device ID. Our service providers (such as Firebase and RevenueCat) may collect or use device-level identifiers to operate the App, manage subscriptions, and for analytics or diagnostics in accordance with their policies.
Purchase and subscription data. When you subscribe to Pro or make in-app purchases, the transaction is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and entitlements (e.g. Pro status, credit limits). RevenueCat may receive and process purchase-related data and identifiers in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your payment card details; those are handled solely by the store.
Product interaction. We collect information about how you use the App, such as app launches, feature use, music generations, use of credits, and interactions with content (e.g. favorites, playlists). This is used to provide and improve the service, enforce subscription and credit limits, and for analytics.
Other user-generated content. The App uses AI to generate music. We process the content you provide to create that music, such as text prompts, lyrics, and preferences (e.g. tags or settings). We may also store metadata related to your generated songs (e.g. titles, links) to provide the service (e.g. library, playlists). This data is used solely to deliver and improve the App and is handled in line with this policy.
We or our service providers may collect crash data and performance data (e.g. launch time, stability) to fix bugs and improve the App. This is done in accordance with our and their privacy practices.
We use the information above to provide, maintain, and improve the App, to communicate with you (e.g. important notices, support), and to comply with legal obligations.

We retain your data for as long as you use the App and for a reasonable time thereafter (e.g. to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our terms). The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at farukbiberoglu34@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information (technical and organizational measures). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can stop collection of information by the App by uninstalling it and, where applicable, deleting your account. To manage or cancel your subscription, use your device's App Store or Play Store account settings.
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
